§ Sir Hector Monro[holding answer 1 December 1992]: Since the voluntary report scheme was introduced in 361W January 1992, there have been three confirmed reports of incidental capture of a marine mammal in Scottish waters. These were two porpoises and one dolphin. The dolphin was successfully released.
