§ Mr. FreemanThe meeting on 9 December will discuss the procurement of rolling stock following privatisation, particularly through leasing. Those attending are therefore mainly representatives of financial institutions, together with a number of potential franchisees.
British Rail will be represented by the board member for finance, Mr. James Jerram. Mr. Chris Green is not attending.
