§ Mr. EggarBritish Coal has prepared a comprehensive final response to the 1989 report into the corporation's investment programme, which has now been placed in the Library of the House. Many of the issues mentioned in the response, such as the market prospects for coal and the competitiveness of British Coal as an organisation, will be examined in the coal review which was announced in October.
