§ Mr. EggarOn 22 October I published the report of a recent scrutiny by my Department which recommended a number of measures to reduce the burden of regulation in this area. A copy of the report was placed in the Library of the House. I will be implementing the changed procedures recommended in the report in full. They have been welcomed by the oil and gas industry.
