§ Mr. YeoI have written to Sir Louis Blom-Cooper, chairman of the Mental Health Act Commission, thanking the commission for the valuable work reflected in its fourth biennial report, which my right hon. Friend laid before the House on 16 December last. I have included with my letter our detailed responses to specific points made in the report, which have been agreed with my right hon. Friends so far as the Home Office and Welsh Office are concerned. I have today placed copies of my letter and the other documents in the Library.
