§ Mr. Peter Lloyd[holding answer 23 November 1992]: The United Kingdom and Nigeria are both party to the multilateral scheme for the transfer of convicted offenders within the Commonwealth. There have been no bilateral discussions with the Nigerians about the scheme, or about agreements on sentencing and deportation.
