§ Mr. LlwydTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will list the out of town shopping centres and hypermarkets developed within each local authority area in Wales during the last two years;
(2) what proportion of supermarkets and hypermarkets in Wales are currently located (a) out of town, (b) in urban areas adjacent to the town centre and (c) within the town/city centre;
(3) how many empty shops there are at present within each urban settlement in Wales; and what were the equivalent figures for each of the past five years.
