§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleThere are two research projects currently in hand:(a) a series of traffic surveys on trip attraction rates at different sites for a variety of land uses, including retailing, in London and the south-east; and (b) a joint DOE/DOT commission to investigate the relationship between land use and trip generation, and identify measures to reduce the need to travel.
