Members, in each of the first three quarters of 1992, measuring the time from the receipt of the letter to the dispatch of the substantive reply.
§ Mr. RifkindThe performance of my Department in meeting targets laid down for replies to letters from hon. Members will be reported in our departmental report, due to be published early next year. The figures given will relate to the period 1 December 1991 to 30 November 1992.
