§ Dr. MawhinneyIt is a matter for regional health authorities to determine how the training arrangements for clinical psychologists are organised and funded. This includes any assessment of factors affecting the numbers of applicants for such training.
§ Dr. HampsonTo ask the Secretary of State for Health what is the average level of income of a postgraduate clinical psychology traineee on(a) a nationally agreed salary scale and (b) a bursary awarded by the northern consortium of health authorities; and if she will make a statement.
§ Dr. MawhinneyThe pay scale effective from 1 April 1992 for trainee clinical psychologists who are employed on Whitley terms and conditions is as follows:
