§ Sir Wyn RobertsMy right hon. Friend is responsible for designating marine nature reserves following an application from the Countryside Council for Wales. There are no such applications currently before him. I understand, however, that the council has completed surveys of the area that will enable it to undertake the relevant consultation procedure.
