§ Mr. BaldryMy right hon. and learned Friend has recently received representations from the Institute for Metropolitan Studies, from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and from the CBI London region transport task force, calling for some form of strategic body with responsibility for transport, land use and the environment in London.
