§ Mr. NorrisThe Department has provided advice and guidance on the design and construction of cycling facilities in Local Transport Note 1/89 "Making Way for Cyclists". We consulted widely on the document before publication and were grateful for the contribution made by cycling organisations. We also hold regular meetings with the borough cycle officer group and the London Cycling Forum.
