§ Mr. Allan Stewart[holding answer 21 October 1991]: Information on the expenditure by Scottish Enterprise in connection with the world yachting grand prix was contained in my letter of 16 October to the hon. Member. The expenditure by Scottish Enterprise was within its delegated authority and it would therefore be appropriate to seek any additional information about it from them. I understand that the hon. Member has already been in touch with Scottish Enterprise to request a meeting to discuss the matter; and that arrangements are in hand for that to take place.
