§ Mr. GummerIt remains the Government's intention to terminate the wool guarantee scheme as soon as parliamentary time permits. My right hon. Friends and I have however decided that the guarantee will continue to operate for the 1992–93 clip year which begins on 1 May 1992. The level of the guaranteed price for 1992–93 will be considered and announced in due course.
