§ Mr. NeedhamAs part of the privatisation of Northern Ireland Electricity, bidders for Ballylumford power station are being invited to put forward proposals for the conversion of Ballylumford to dual oil /gas firing and for the supply of gas to both that station and the wider energy market in Northern Ireland. Sale of the power stations is expected to be completed by April 1992.
