My Department has continued, through the work of Locate in Scotland, to promote Scotland as a location for inward investment.

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps he has taken to encourage inward investment into Paisley, Johnstone and Elderslie over the last 12 months.

My Department has continued, through the work of Locate in Scotland, to promote Scotland as a location for inward investment. Locate in Scotland does not, however, seek to concentrate its efforts on individual towns or localities.
