To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will make Helen's Bay a designated environmentally sensitive area.

§ Mr. Needham
There are no plans to designate Helen's Bay as an environmentally sensitive area, nor are there any plans to apply any other conservation related designation to the area.
