What is the current position regarding the furl her action taken under Agreement No. 2343/90 by the Gibraltar Development Corporation in relation to the application of Regulation No, 87/602/EEC to the Airport of Gibraltar; and what progress has been made towards the removal of the suspension of the provisions affecting Gibraltar.
