§ Sir Wyn RobertsThere have been 472 responses to the White Paper "Education and Training for the 21st Century". The proposal in the White Paper is to transfer responsibility for further education and sixth form colleges from the local education authorities to a new further education funding council for Wales. Of the total number of responses received, 11 opposed the transfer. The great majority of responses did not comment on this aspect.
