HL Deb 22 October 1991 vol 531 c136WA
Lord Kennet

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether in their opinion there could be any role in pollution and weather monitoring, as suggested by Dr. Edward Teller, for up to 1,000 small observation satellites known as "Brilliant Eyes'; whether such satellites could also have an anti-missile function; and how much such a programme might cost.

The Earl of Arran

I will write to the noble Lord.
