§ Mrs. ChalkerThe wide range of issues in the United Nations trade and development report 1991 was discussed at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development's trade and development board in Geneva in early October. Resolutions were agreed, by consensus, on debt and sustainable development. The board also discussed the crucial question of good government, which is essential for all development.
