To ask the Secretary of State for Energy if he will list by date for the last 12 months, and for each nuclear power plant in the United Kingdom, the number of reported cases where tools or equipment have been dropped into a reactor tank.

No such incidents have been reported to the Health and Safety Executive over the past 12 months.
