§ Mr. Peter LloydAt its meeting in Luxembourg on 28 and 29 June 1991, the European Council agreed the objectives underlying the proposal for the establishment of a central European criminal investigation office. The proposal is now being examined further in the Trevi group, and will be considered again at the European Council meeting in Maastricht in December.
