§ Mr. Douglas HoggDetails of the exit visa application of Vladislava Shtibina of St. Petersburg were included in a list of cases handed over by the British embassy in Moscow to the Soviet authorities on 29 August. We continue to urge the Soviet authorities to implement freedom of travel for all Soviet citizens.
