§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryNo direct input has been made by British scientists from outside the establishment to the Central Bureau of Nuclear Measurements Annual Report 90 [EUR 13456]. British nationals are employed within the institute and their efforts are of course recognised, but not as an identifiable national contribution. Two mentions are made in the report with respect to collaborative programmes involving work also carried out at British laboratories. These refer to free neutron lifetime measurements with the universities of Sussex and Glasgow, and of publication of work carried out in 1989 but published in 1990 on the oc emission probabilities of237Np with AERE Harwell.
