§ Mr. ScottYesterday we received one representation concerning this campaign, to which we will reply separately. The Government have recently announced substantial improvements to the cold weather payments scheme. From this winter, payments will be made automatically to those who are entitled; a forecast trigger has been introduced; and the capital limit has been abolished bringing a further 400,000 people into the scheme.
