HC Deb 18 October 1991 vol 196 c300W
Mr. Morgan

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what proposals there are to amend the ditching instructions in the Bristol channel area for RAF pilots on flying and training exercises at the onset of imminent aircraft failure to take account of the occasional presence of bomb-boats being unloaded at or off Newport docks.

Mr. Kenneth Carlisle

My noble Friend the Earl of Arran, Under-Secretary of State for the Armed Forces, wrote to the hon. Member on 14 October. I have nothing to add to that letter, but I have arranged for a copy to be placed in the Library of the House.
