§ Mr. LangClaims for special financial assistance under the Bellwin scheme have now been assessed and I can announce that £85,000 in grant will be made available to three authorities which suffered an undue financial burden in responding to the storms and floods of January under the terms of the scheme which I announced on 8 January.
The details of grant are:
