§ Mr. SainsburyThe Export of Goods (Control) (Iraq and Kuwait Sanctions) Order 1990 prohibits without a licence granted by the Secretary of State the export of all goods from the United Kingdom to any destination in Iraq, or to any destination in any other country for delivery, directly or indirectly, to a person for the purposes of any business carried on in or operated from Iraq.
