§ Mr. YeoIn June all local housing authorities in England were invited to bid for the resources available in 1992–93, the second year of the Greenhouse programme. By the closing date for bids, 27 September, I had received120W over 350 separate applications for resources. These are now being considered with a view to announcing the names of successful authorities in December.
