§ Mr. McLoughlinMy hon. Friend the Member for Southend, East (Mr. Taylor) and the chairman of the Port of London Authority Police Federation have written on this subject. Since the current responsibilities of the Port of London police force do not extend beyond the port of Tilbury, the question of who should in future discharge those responsibilities outside that port does not arise.
