§ Mr. CorbettTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he received a complaints form from Mr. Terry Foster of Winson Green prison; and on what date an official acknowledgement was sent in reply.
§ Mrs. RumboldMr. Foster submitted a request/complaint to the governor of Birmingham prison on 30 October. On the following day a member of staff explained matters to Mr. Foster orally and on 4 November he was sent an acknowledgement. A written reply was given on 20 November.
