§ Mr. LilleyThe arrangements for the sale of the Insurance Services Group include a provision for ECGD to obtain mainframe computer processing services, application development services and maintenance for mainframe-based application systems from the privatised company for a period of two years following vesting. Information concerning the terms of sale will be made public after privatisation.
