§ Mr. Norman LamontI attended the meeting of the Council of Economic and Finance Ministers on 11 November and will attend further meetings of that Council on 3 and 16 December. My hon. Friend the Financial Secretary to the Treasury attended the meeting of the Budget Council on 12 November. In addition, I have attended, and will continue to attend, meetings of the intergovernmental conference on economic and monetary union.
