§ Mr. Garel-JonesForeign and Commonwealth Office Ministers have attended, or will be attending the following Council meetings:
- Foreign Affairs Councils on 4 November, 2 and 16 December;
- and European Council on 9 and 10 December.
They are also attending the following additional ministerial meetings:
- Intergovernmental Conference on Political Union on 4 and 12 and 13 November;
- and 2 and 3 December;
- Ad hoc European political co-operation meeting on 8 November; and
- Inter-institutional meeting with the European Parliament on political union on 5 November.
I make a written statement on the first working day of each month, forecasting all European Community Council meetings for that month and listing the items to be discussed. A copy of this statement is placed in the Library of the House.
