To ask the Lord President of the Council what progress has been made in introducing a permanent bar on 0898 calls from parliamentary buildings.

§ Mr. MacGregor
An interim decision to bar such calls was taken by the Chairman of the Accommodation and Administration Sub-Committee of the Services Committee in July 1991 pending the formation of the new Administration Committee; it will now be for this Committee to consider this matter at an early meeting.
