§ Mr. DorrellCSL Group Ltd. was commissioned to examine the utilisation of national health service staff accommodation. Its report analyses NHS residential accommodation by type and number of units and recommends target rates for utilisation and availability. This will be incorporated in guidance about to be issued to the NHS. A copy of the report has been placed in the Library.
