§ Mr. FlynnTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what inquiries have been received by his Department since the start of October concerning(a) the content and (b) the availability of the MINIS-12 report for 1991.
§ Mr. Heseltine[holding answer 25 November 1991]: My Department has received only a handful of inquiries since the beginning of October about MINIS 12 returns. The returns were published in July and their content is a matter of public record. Copies were placed in the Library of the House and are available for purchase from my Department. Inquirers are referred to these sources as appropriate.
