To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will give the current unemployment figures for the Kilmarnock and Loudoun district.

In October 1991, the latest month for which figures are available, there were 4,295 people unemployed in Kilmarnock and Loudoun district. This figure is given on the unadjusted basis.

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what are the latest unemployment figures for Dundee and Scotland.

In October 1991, the latest month for which figures are available, there were 9,641 people unemployed in Dundee travel-to-work area and 220,396 in Scotland. The figures shown are given on the unadjusted basis.
