To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish a table showing for each year since 1981 which local authorities are spending their receipts from right-to-buy sales at the maximum permitted rate; what are the amounts; which local authorities are spending their receipts at less than the maximum permitted rate; what are the amounts they spend; and what are the amounts they could spend.
