§ Mr. Archie HamiltonIt is normal practice for the existence, nature and extent of any contamination to be identified by the MOD prior to the disposal of land. Any decontamination required would either be undertaken by the Department or by the acquiring authority, dependent upon the circumstances of the land disposal.
