§ Mr. ChopeTraffic conditions at the junction of the A11 and Cambridge Heath road are a matter for the highway authority, the London borough of Tower Hamlets. I understand that the police increased enforcement activities in the area while work was in progress to repair a gas main on the nearby A13.
