To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish the Lakes and Hadfield review of prison security.

As I indicated yesterday, my right hon. Friend has recently received from Chief Constable Hadfield and Mr. Lakes the report of their audit of custody arrangements for category A prisoners and of their inquiry into DOC1 division in prison service headquarters, and is considering it. He hopes to publish a summary in due course.
