§ Mr. RedwoodThe Council of Economic and Finance Ministers (ECOFIN) which met on 11 November did not discuss the Investment Services Directive. The Netherlands are currently considering whether to hold further meetings on the outstanding issues of principle during their presidency but they have not said when the directive will next be discussed in ECOFIN.
