§ Mr. HeseltineI have today appointed Llewelyn-Davies Planning to undertake the study into the development capacity of the east Thames corridor which I announced on 10 October. The broad terms of reference for that study have already been placed in the Library. I have also had a first meeting with the leaders of the local authorities in the corridor.
