To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will propose legislation under which a bank's auditors would be prevented from acting as receivers of a bank's borrower.

To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will propose legislation under which all banks in their annual report would be required to disclose the number of administrators and receivers which have been appointed by them.
