Mr. JacksonThis is fully set out in the Government's response to the Committee's report, a copy of which is available in the Library. The current audit arrangements are necessary to ensure the proper stewardship of public money and to comply with the Companies Act. These do not affect the TECs' ability to operate in a flexible and enterprising way.
