§ Mr. McLoughlinMr. McCluskie of the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers has 235W written to the Secretary of State concerning the owners' decision to replace the British crew members of the Pride of Portsmouth with foreign nationals. I will be responding shortly on behalf of the Secretary of State and will answer the points made by Mr. McCluskie.
