§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryAs with other nuclear fuels held in stock, it is for each owner of plutonium to attach a value to the material in drawing up its accounts and to justify that value to its auditors. The precise figures are therefore commercial matters for Nuclear Electric plc, Scottish Nuclear Ltd., British Nuclear Fuels plc and the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority.
